You must be at least 16 years old to use Aptex. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Aptex a limited license to display and process that content to operate the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate others' rights.
You may not use Aptex for spam, harassment, impersonation, illegal activity, or to scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.
AI features consume tokens from your monthly allowance or wallet balance. Tokens are non-refundable once used. Free tier tokens expire at the end of each calendar month.
Aptex is provided “as is” during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of AI-generated matches and recommendations.
